I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful ocean view, but the smell of cigarettes was off-putting at times. The service, while very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions, could sometimes be slow to respond to requests. The location was convenient for families with its proximity to the sea, but it lacked nearby attractions within walking distance. The dining options were basic, but the experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The room was good for all of us, but it wasn't ready until 4 pm. The service was the icing on the cake, with helpful and friendly staff ready to assist us whenever we met in the elevator. The location was perfectly near my workplace, though some improvements could be made in the bathroom. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, as the food was poorly cooked and presented. Overall, a decent stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were extra spacious, clean, and offered a superb seaview. I loved that my room had a flat screen TV and not just one but TWO air conditioners to combat the Malaysian humidity. The off the wall decor added a unique touch to the room.
